How did you get started in the fitness industry?
I started out going to the gym just for myself and my own fitness, however; what I was learning and achieving was just so exciting, I fell in love with the whole process. I decided that I wanted to share this with others, so I enrolled in my certifications, and have never looked back!
What is your training philosophy?
I believe that everybody needs support in achieving their individual health and fitness goals, and I am here to provide that support; tailored to your needs.

Sarah Pereira – Personal Trainer

3 words to describe me: Outgoing, passionate & persistent.

How I got started in the industry:
From a very young age I participated & excelled in a range of different sports, excelling particularly in soccer and was selected to represent WA. After school I went on to complete my Bachelor in Exercise & Sport Science which further developed my passion for health and fitness. I then decided to become a Personal Trainer so I could pass on my extensive knowledge & inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

Training Philosophy:
My training philosophy is “there isn’t just one way to train”. Each individual has different goals and abilities and I will train each individual accordingly. However, I find that combining weight training, functional training & cardio-respiratory training together yields great results. I specialize in helping people lose weight, build muscle, tone up and increasing one’s overall fitness. I also advise on Bikini Competition preparation as I compete & have placed in both IFBB & INBA Bikini competitions.

Rohan Pereira – Personal Trainer

Describe yourself in three words:  Competitive, Hardworking and Passionate

How did you get started in the fitness industry?
From a very young age my parents got me into Karate and Athletics. When I was in primary school I went on to represent my country in the Junior Karate Olympics in Nepal. I also continued to excel in Athletics and in high school I was made athletics team captain.

After having done competitive sports 10 years of my life it was natural transition for me to turn my passion into a career. I could not see myself trying to sit behind a desk or doing anything else apart from what I loved the most. So i continued to channel my energy by completing my Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Exercise and Sports) at ECU and becoming a Personal Trainer.

What is your training philosophy?
Train Hard and Persistently!

Why is this effective?
This is effective because nothing in life comes easy. Hard work and sacrifice always pays off if you are persistent!
